Language
Spanish is the official language of the Congress. All sessions will
have simultaneous translation into English.
Weather
Cancun and the whole Yucatan peninsula are home to one of the
world's most sunny climates. In July, August and September, visitors
can enjoy spectacular views of the sky, which can change from
overcast to clear in minutes. Average high: 32 degrees ( 89
Farenheit); average low: 25 degrees (77 Farenheit).

Currency Exchange
The current legal currency is the Mexican Peso. Most shops accept
dollars, but it is advised to buy pesos in banks or authorized bureaus
de change. Banking hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to
5.00 p.m.
